  • Posters are limited to a 36 (width)” x 42 (height)” two-dimensional composition (vertical or horizontal poster). Please do not exceed these dimensions as each display panel accommodates two posters on each side.
  • All submissions must include author(s), affiliation, and contact information.
  • If it is a student poster, please indicate so (i.e. student’s name and project number).
  • Please obtain your assignment from the registration desk, and ensure that your poster is in place before 12:30 PM on June 17.
