Payment Instructions

* Payment must accompany the Conference Registration form.
* Please make cheque or money order payable to the

* Cheques must be in Canadian Funds drawn on a Canadian Bank.
* Post dated cheques will not be accepted.
* A fee of $75.00 Canadian will be charged for cheques returned non sufficient funds (NSF).
* Official receipts will be provided.

Payment Cancelation and Reimbursement Instructions

* Refund (less 20%) if written cancellation is received before April 1, 2010.
* Refund (less 50%) if written cancellation is received between April 2 and May 14, 2010.
* No refunds will be granted after May 15, 2010; replacements will be considered.

$700.00 – Late Registration (After May 1st, 2010)
Students / Retired (65+) (Proof of Status required) :
$250.00 – Early Registration (Before May 1st, 2010)
