Registration Information

Full /student /senior (65+) registration package will include access to all sessions, the Exhibits area, the Exhibitors Icebreaker, the Northwest Geomatics Social event, lunches Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and Conference Proceedings. Proof of status will be required for students/seniors.

Accompanying Persons registration will include the Accompanying Persons program as well as the Exhibitors Icebreaker and Northwest Geomatics event.

Single Day registration will be valid from 0800h to 1700h on the day of sale.

Conference dates: June 15 to 18, 2010; Workshops June 14, 2010

Early Bird Registration, including payments, must be received by May 1, 2010

Visiting Canada: Who is eligible?

Canada now requires a VISA for entry from many countries. Please check with the Canadian Embassy, Consulate, VISA office or representative in your country or region regarding your visit to Canada and make appropriate arrangements. Letters of preregistration are available from the conference organisers CGC VISA. More information is available at admincig@magma.ca

To visit Canada, you must:
• have a valid travel document, such as a passport
• be in good health
• satisfy an immigration officer that you have ties, such as a job, home and family, that will take you back to your country of origin
• satisfy an immigration officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your visit and
• have enough money for your stay. The amount of money you will need can vary with the circumstances of the visit, how long you will stay and whether you will stay in a hotel or with friends or relatives. For more information, ask the Canadian visa office in your country or region.

You may also need:
• a Temporary Resident Visa, depending on your citizenship
• a medical examination and
• a letter of invitation from someone who lives in Canada.

Payment Cancelation and Reimbursement Instructions

* Refund (less 20%) if written cancellation is received before April 1, 2010.
* Refund (less 50%) if written cancellation is received between April 2 and May 14, 2010.
* No refunds will be granted after May 15, 2010; replacements will be considered.
